How long does approval take?

Most applications are processed within five to seven business days. You’ll receive notification by mail or email once your status is determined. Expedited processing is available in certain circumstances.

What equipment options exist?

We offer amplified telephones, TTYs, speech-to-speech devices, and video relay services. Each device is selected based on your specific communication needs. Our equipment specialists help match you with the right solution.

Can I get a replacement device?

Replacement devices are available if your current equipment no longer meets your needs, or is damaged or no longer functions. Contact our support team with details about the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

How do I troubleshoot problems?
